Delivery:
  • Delivery times Can vary, delivery generally takes unto 10 working days.
  • All items are dispatched from our office within 2 working days and you will be provided with tracking.
  • Luxe Toujours takes no responsibility for damaged / lost items within the post network.
  • Luxe Toujours does not take insurance out on shipping should you wish to purchase insurance please email info@luxetoujours.com.au once you have placed an order to discuss your options.

 

Delivery Within Australia;

 

  • Luxe Toujours will send your item Via express post / Courier with signature confirmation. Should you not be home to receive you will be carded to collect from your nearest post office / collection point.

 

Delivery Worldwide:

 

  • Your items will be sent via international express mail (EMS) with Australia post, delivery times vary depending on location.
  • Your items may be subject to custom clearance, Luxe Toujours takes no responsibility for any extra import fees occurred it is the buyers responsibility.

 

Returning a Product:

 

  • Luxe Toujours does not accept returns for change of mind, all items are photographed correctly in a natural light.
  • Luxe Toujours will only accept returns if the item has not been described correctly or deemed NOT authentic. Luxe Toujours must be contacted within 1 working day from receipt to organise a return on this basis.
  • All sales are final on all items, it is important that you consider your purchase carefully.
